Fraud by False Representations - Suspended Sentence for £1M Fraud

The expert Fraud Solicitors at this firm acted for a woman, accused with two others to have committed Fraud by False Representation with a view to selling a house belonging to an elderly victim.

It was alleged by the prosecution that our client pertained to be the rightful owner, instructed Solicitors and was proceeding to sell the house, laundering the expected proceeds amounting to £1 Million to an account held by an accomplice.

Our client had made admissions before instructing this firm, thus she had to plead guilty. Although the Sentencing Guidelines recommend a sentence between 3-6 years in prison; with the exceptional skill, strategic planning and determination of the Fraud Solicitors at this firm, our client was given a suspended sentence, allowing her to remain with three minor children.
