Turkish ‘family man’ cleared over London bus sex attack

Mr B, a married father, was accused of groping a passenger but vehemently denied the claims.

He instructed Stuart Miller Solicitors to prove his innocence and retain his good character.

Mr B enlisted expert crime lawyer Kate Blackford to represent him using legal aid funding.

Ms Blackford was able to source and produce crucial unseen CCTV evidence which undermined the prosecution case.

She also made sure all the legal documents and case papers were translated to Turkish so Mr B could fully understand the case against him.

Following a trial, jurors returned a not guilty verdict.
