University Student’s Life on the Line: Our Defence Team Exposed False Allegations of Rape, ABH, and Harassment

Presenting this evidence in court, we successfully argued for our client’s innocence in charges of harassment, actual bodily harm, and rape. After being remanded, he was ultimately found not guilty and released. This case exemplifies how false allegations can devastate an individual’s life and underscores the importance of a strong legal defense.
